: Contact Relations Module

All the contact details of advertisers, media and advertising agencies are registered and managed in this module.

: Order Management Module

All the campaign details and orders are registered in this module, including budgets, product codes, discounts and preferential positions.

: Planning Module

The Planning Module lies at the very heart of SPOT. This is where the commercials are spread manually or automatically in the available breaks. This module comprises a wide range of variables, such as programming, available seconds and ratings. The Graphic Planning Matrix enables the user to review the inventory at a glance.

: Traffic Management Module

The commercial tapes are managed in this module. Furthermore the sequence of commercials within a break is determined, the daily Play list is generated and the As-run log processed.

: Finance and Billing Module

This is where the invoices are generated on the basis of the scheduled commercials. The turnover can be analysed in different ways. The module can be linked to external account systems if required.
